God restores us because we are of great value to Him.
The book of Hosea is an illustration of God’s love for us. Hosea was commanded by God to marry Gomer, a woman who was unfaithful in marriage and would cause him many heartaches. Gomer had other lovers and was unfaithful to Hosea. To get his wife back, Hosea has to pay whomever Gomer had sold herself to get her back because Gomer was of value to Hosea.
In the same way, we too can be unfaithful to God, we can do things that are contrary to what he has called us to do. We can run after things that isolate us from God or pursue things that are not aligned with his purpose for our lives.
We are of great value to God and He will pay to get us back no matter how far we’ve strayed from him. God is willing to redeem us and lift us up and restore us back to himself.

Let Your Light Shine!
ARISE and shine! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you. (Isaiah 60:1)
DAILY I AM THE LORD. I have called you for a righteous purpose. I have called you to demonstrate my righteousness. I have called you to be a light to guide the nations. I AM LIGHT, the father of lights and in me, there is no darkness. As long as you are in this world, you are the light of the world. You are my child. Walk today like a child of LIGHT. You cannot be hidden. Let your light so shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify ME. (James 1:17, Mat 5:14, John 5:35, Isaiah 42:6, 1John 1:5))
